  Ouch! Loved this movie. As it should be, it is, at times hard to watch. But dooooooooooooo iiiiiiiiiiiiiit. I’m not even going to act like I didn’t vacillate on whom it was I was rooting for. Truth: I have a weakness for beautiful men… and their parts. That being said, it’s hard not to fall in like with Hayley. Truth: I have a special affinity for diabolical youth. Like, when I saw ORPHAN, I was mostly in love with Esther. But that, my friends, is a tale for another time. HARD CANDY is Maxximillian approved.

  This film is what the supernatural documentary style shows on television aspire to be. I enjoyed this movie and recommend it to anyone who enjoys realistic supernatural stories. There are some that subscribe to the school of thought that says that the REAL bogey men- or bogey women, as the case may be are more often than not real, three-dimensional human beings… Just twisted up, angry ones. If I should find out, I’ll never tell. SESSION 9 is Maxximillian approved.

  Excellent. I watched all the parts one right after another. It was totally engaging. Great writing, great acting -no surprise there. But there are many, many surprises. This series is good like Prime Suspect but darker somehow. Especially if you’re a leading male actor, I highly recommend. This series is different and entertaining.
• Dalziel & Pascoe: Season 1
  
  I love this series. A long time fan of BBC television shows, I only discovered this series this month. Dalziel (Warren Clarke) is so different from the other detectives I love; he hasn’t the class and charisma of Barnaby, neither the charm nor good graces of Inspector Alleyn but I love him so. Pascoe (Colin Buchanan) has charms all his own. Give it a whirl. I certainly like this series. It doesn’t hurt that Colin Buchanan is nice to look at.

  *sighs* This is maybe one of the best movies I’ve seen this year. The film is just beautiful to look at. It is suspenseful beyond what I could hope for. Truth: This movie make me scream out loud at the cinema display. WATCH THIS FILM. Favorite moment: The people in the elevator… “… one more down…” Favorite scene: the land of broken toys Favorite line: “… it was an overhaul…”

  Absolutely one of the most eerily suspenseful films I’ve seen to date. This is a great film to watch with friends. We had to watch it again immediately afterward just to see if we’d missed anything- any clue or nuance which we’d missed the first time through. There are many subtleties- we kept pausing the movie and running it back to suck every tender morsel of meat off it’s bones.
